Created in 2001, CPI is a pioneering company in cold plasma surface treatment. Located in the south of France, CPI offers its expertise in cold plasma surface treatment in a controlled atmosphere, at atmospheric pressure or under vacuum.
CPI is one of the few companies in the world capable of offering complete roll-to-roll turnkey atmospheric plasma solutions, and contract production treatment (toll manufacturing) done in our facility. We have also developed a patent pending release technology which is sold under the Ximofilms brand.
Olivier bru C.E.O
After technical functions in development, quality, testing, and project management, and positions as technical director and general manager, Olivier is now C.E.O of Coating Plasma Innovation and Spoolex, as well as partner at Andlinger & Company.
NICOLAS VANDENCASTEELE ops & business development manager
Through his PhD Nicolas studied the interactions of plasma particles with polymers. After his post-doctoral studies, he founded APSInt, a spin off from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. At CPI, Nicolas is in charge of developing new applications and products with the BLUEMACH reactor.
JJULIEN VALLADE HEAD OF Process development
Julien is experienced in plasma physics and process development. During his post-doctoral studies, he had a first experience in the development of plasma reactors, and is in charge of the development of a new generation of industrial atmospheric plasma reactors, BLUEMACH (in collaboration with Cedric Pfister)
cEDRIC PFISTER HEAD OF PLASMA engineering
With his mechatronic engineering background and experience in machine and process development, Cedric is in charge of the development of a new generation of industrial atmospheric plasma reactors, BLUEMACH (in collaboration with Julien Vallade)
JOCELYN VIARD VACUUM PLASMA MANAGER
During his PhD Jocelyn worked on the development of PECVD antireflection coatings for Essilor. Since the creation of CPI, he has been in charge of the development of low pressure plasma technology and the analysis (contact angle, peel test, OTR, WTR).
ERIC GAT ATMOSPHERIC PLASMA MANAGER
After his PhD in Materials Chemistry, Eric gained extensive experience in the development and optimization of processes for plasma treatment at atmospheric pressure. At CPI, he is now in charge of atmospheric plasma chemistries
CYRIL HAVARD sales mANAGER
